Frequently Asked Questions

Will it fit my room?
The MAX enclosure is 14 feet wide with a 15-foot screen, and the recommended space is 15 feet wide, 20 feet deep, and 10 feet tall. TruGolf typically recommends at least 14.5 feet of width and 18 feet or more of depth for comfortable right- and left-handed play. APOGEE is designed to be installed at a 10-foot ceiling, and taller rooms use drop mounts. Send us your room dimensions and we'll tell you what works before you order.

Is software included?
Yes. E6 Connect comes with the system at no extra cost. E6 Golf 2026 is an optional yearly subscription you can add: Improve $150, Play $300, or Enjoy $450 per year.

What computer do I need?
The MAX does not include a computer unless you choose an upgrade such as MAX + Technology. If you add E6 Golf 2026, TruGolf's minimum is Windows 10 64-bit, an Intel i7 10th Gen processor or newer, 24 GB of RAM, an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 with 12 GB of video memory, and an NVMe SSD. Call us and we'll help you choose the right PC.

What warranty is included?
TruGolf's limited hardware warranty is 2 years from the shipment date. It does not cover software or consumable parts such as impact screens, hitting mats, and projector bulbs.

Do I need professional installation?
No. The MAX is designed so you can set it up yourself. TruGolf provides setup diagrams, and its support team can join a remote session or call while you build out your room.

Can I add MultiSport ARCADE?
Yes. MultiSport ARCADE works with most simulator setups, so you can add family sports games to the same room.

How does delivery work?
The MAX ships by freight, approximately 2 weeks from order. We walk you through how to inspect your delivery step by step.

Is financing available?
