Shipping Policy

Sims Golf Co offers free standard shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States (48 states). Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or international locations is available upon request — contact us for a custom freight quote.

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. After processing, delivery times vary by product: simulator technology such as the 3Trak™ Launch Monitor is fully customized, with exact pricing and delivery timelines provided at the time of your quote. Accessories such as software bundles, hitting mats, enclosures, and impact screens typically ship within 15–30 business days. Large items may ship via freight carrier and require a delivery appointment.

For freight shipments, the carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. Someone must be present to receive and inspect the delivery.

When your freight delivery arrives, please inspect the packaging before signing. If you see visible damage, note it on the delivery receipt before signing and take photos right away. This protects your damage claim — signing off on a freight delivery without noting visible damage can limit our ability to file one.
